“Big Bang Theory” star Kaley Cuoco opens up about her divorce from tennis player Ryan Sweeting in the April issue of Cosmopolitan, on newsstands March 8.
“I cannot wait to be in love again,”; the 30-year-old actress admits of the dissolution of her marriage, “changes the way I look at marriage, and that makes me sad. It does not change the way I look at love.”
Cuoco and Sweeting married on New Year’s Eve 2013 and split in September of last year. But don’t expect the star to enter into the dating scene any time soon. “I don’t feel like I am ready yet… which is so different for me. I dive into everything.”;

The rumour mill has painted a different picture of Cuoco, with murmurs that she and “Big Bang Theory” co-star Johnny Galecki were rekindling an old romance in the wake of her divorce. The pair split in 2010 after secretly dating for two years. Cuoco slams those rumours despite Galecki posting Instagram pics of the pair looking cozy at January’s People’s Choice Awards.
“Johnny and I are very close now, but the worst part about that is I don’t want stories like that, especially during this divorce, to hurt my ex,” Cuoco says of the gossip. “We have nods with each other. Johnny and I do this thing like a nod that says, “I got you. I get it.'”
Cuoco got candid with Cosmopolitan, admitting she thought her life would have taken a different turn by age 30. “I thought I’d have a baby by now! You see your life going one way, and then it’s the direct opposite way. I’m waking up going,’ Oh my God, my life just flipped upside down.'”

The actress is thanking her family and support system for guiding her through those ups and downs in her personal and professional life: “You know it’s weird, I’ve been in this business for 25 years, I’ve made good choices and I have amazing friends and family around me who’ve helped me with those choices and I think those things make you feel confident.”
