Thanks so much for all the birthday wishes! Today I finally get to show you something we’ve been working on for a while… the trailer for the Reputation Stadium Tour! The entire concert film will premiere on @netflix at 12:01AM PST December 31. You made this tour so insanely fun for all of us on stage, and I’m really excited that we will have this memento of the memories we all made together this year. I also got to share the stage with such wildly talented people @camila_cabello, @charli_xcx, my band and dancers who shine so brightly in this film. You’re the best. Thank you for everything.
Swift shared the official trailer on Instagram with a caption addressing the fans, which reads in part: “You made this tour so insanely fun for all of us on stage, and I’m really excited that we will have this memento of the memories we all made together this year.”
As reported by Refinery29, Swift secretly filmed her October show at Arlington’s AT&T Stadium, just outside Dallas. That particular performance featured guest appearances from Maren Morris, who performed her Grammy-nominated hit “The Middle”, and country duo Sugarland. It was the first time Taylor joined the group live to perform their collaborative track “Babe”.
Rolling Stone shared an exclusive clip from the concert film on Friday December 28:
Swifties will be thrilled to know that the singer-songwriter also performed “All Too Well” during the Texas gig — a fan favourite that’s often considered to be the best song from her extensive catalogue.
The “Reputation” stadium tour is the highest-grossing U.S. tour in the history of Billboard Boxscore, surpassing the Rolling Stones’ “A Bigger Bang” tour, which ran from 2005 to 2007.
