Zayn Malik’s long-awaited new album Icarus Falls has finally dropped after more than a year of delays.
The new record features a colossal 27 songs, including nine previously released tracks: “Let Me,” “Entertainer”, “Sour Diesel”, “Fingers”, “Too Much” (feat. Timbaland), “No Candle No Light” (feat. Nicki Minaj), “Rainberry”, “Good Years”, and “There You Are”.

Minaj and Timbaland are the only guests featuring on the album. The rest is all Zayn for almost 90 minutes, so the British pop star is certainly making up for lost time. However, tracks featuring Sia and PartyNextDoor do appear on the Japanese edition of the record.
Icarus Falls, which was originally scheduled to be released in September 2017, is the followup to Mind of Mine, Zayn’s 2016 solo debut, which reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200.
The former One Direction singer is credited as an executive producer on the album, while other production credits go to Timbaland, Murda Beatz, Frank Dukes, Khaled Rohaim, Robert Cavallo, and more.

Nancy Sinatra’s version of “Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down)” is sampled on the track “Good Guy”, while fans believe the songs “There You Are” and “Back To Life” are about Zayn’s on/off relationship with model Gigi Hadid.
“Honestly she’s the only one that’s watching over me / Gives me oxygen when it gets hard to breathe / And if I’m wrong or right / She’s always on my side,” he sings on “Back To Life”.
