Backpack Kid is the latest celebrity to sue the popular video-game Fortnite for allegedly ripping off signature dance moves.

Russell Horning, the 16-year-old viral sensation known as “Backpack Kid”, claims that the game stole a dance move he created, a move known as “the floss”. The lawsuit was filed by Horning’s mother, Anita Redd, according to TMZ.

Fortnite is known for including “emotes”, which allow winning players to select a celebration dance. Last year, Fortnite released the Season 2 Battle Pass, and one of the new emotes was called “the Floss”, the same move that sent Horning’s Instagram videos viral in 2016.

Horning is not the only person suing the video game for allegedly stealing dance moves. Alfonso Ribeiro, who played Carlton Banks on TV’s “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air”, and rapper 2 Milly, have also filed separate lawsuits claiming the game ripped off their signature moves.
