Emily Blunt, Lin-Manuel Miranda, and James Corden proved they know their stuff when it comes to musicals as they took part in a jam-packed “Late Late Show” skit Tuesday.
Blunt, Miranda, and Corden belted out 22 musicals in 12 minutes, performing tracks from “Hairspray”, “Mamma Mia!”, “Dreamgirls”, “La La Land” and others.
Blunt and Corden then sang their duet “It Takes Two” from “Into the Woods”, telling Miranda he could only play a tree because he wasn’t in the movie.
Blunt and Miranda also performed a song from their new film “Mary Poppins Returns”, with the actress insisting she wasn’t going to be plugging her own flick.
Corden ended up doing the honours, telling viewers how the eagerly anticipated film hits theatres Wednesday.
