Netflix cancelled “Daredevil”, “Iron Fist” and “Luke Cage” this year, but the fans have speculated that the Marvel heroes may find a home on Disney’s highly anticipated new streaming service.

Speaking about the Disney+ service with The Hollywood Reporter, Disney exec Kevin Mayer said of reviving the shows, “They are very high-quality shows. We haven’t yet discussed that, but I would say that’s a possibility.”

In the meantime, Disney has already announced several new shows in development tying into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, including series about Loki, Scarlet Witch and Falcon and Winter Soldier.

Disney+ will also feature the Star Wars series “The Mandalorian” and an as-yet-untitled prequel to “Rogue One”.
