Jerry Seinfeld Tops Forbes’ List Of Highest-Paid Comedians, Kathy Griffin Points Out There Are ‘No Women’ On List

Jerry Seinfeld is still the World’s highest-paid comedian.

The “Seinfeld” comedian topped Forbes list of World’s Highest-Paid Comedians of 2018. Seinfeld earned a list-topping $57.5 million in 12 months. More than half of Seinfeld’s earnings can be attributed to his standup gigs ($30 million). The remaining majority of his profits came from his Netflix and Hulu deals regarding “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee” and “Seinfeld”.

Seinfeld, 64, has topped the list every year since it began in 2006, except for a brief vacation in 2016 when Kevin Hart took top honours.

Speaking of Hart, the short-lived 2019 Oscars host placed second on Forbes‘ list with $57 million, a half-million short of Seinfeld. The Kevin Hart Irresponsible Tour was the biggest comedy tour of 2018 with more than 1 million tickets sold. The box office success of movies like “Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle” further padded his wallets.
