The Force is strong with John Boyega, even when he’s not on the set of “Star Wars: Episode VIII”;.

Boyega happily donned his “Star Wars: The Force Awakens”; costume and made an in-character appearance as Finn at the Royal London Hospital over the weekend.

The actor handed out toys to children at the hospital alongside 5-year-old Daniel, a young fan diagnosed with a brain tumour who wished to meet the “Star Wars”; actor. But it wasn’t Boyega who showed up to meet Daniel. The 23-year-old actor visited as Finn, the Stormtrooper-turned-hero  in “The Force Awakens”;, keeping in character for his entire hospital stay.

Rather than keeping Finn all to himself, Daniel, dressed as a Stormtrooper, took Boyega on a tour of the hospital to hand out “Star Wars”; presents to children. Along the way, Finn showed the little Stormtrooper a few lightsaber moves to use.

Boyega took to Instagram to share moments from his hospital, posting several moments from his visit. He bonded with the young Stormtrooper, who taught Finn a thing or two about this planet: “I stayed in character while I was with this brave boy asking him what a car was.
