Mac DeMarco is feeling the holiday spirit, and he’s demonstrating it via a new cover version of Yuletide classic “The Christmas Song”.
The B.C.-born singer-songwriter recorded his new version of the iconic track with singer Kirin J Callinan as part of the holiday compilation Valentine Recording Presents: A Christmas Miracle.
The benefit compilation features an array of holiday songs featuring such artists as Weyes Blood, Alex Cameron, Molly Lewis and more.

Not only will listening make you feel festive, but you’ll also be supporting a good cause, as proceeds from the compilation will be going toward helping victims of this year’s wildfires.
