Harry Styles’ tour did amazing things for people in need.
Last week, the charity Second Helpings revealed on Twitter that Styles’ stop in Indianapolis in June 2018 had raised enough money to help deliver nearly 16,000 meals to people across Central Indiana.
As Variety reported in July 2018, the singer had been partnering with local charities at various stops on his solo tour to raise money.
In all, Styles’ tour helped raise about $1.2 million for 62 charities around the world.
The former One Direction member’s sold-out stop in Indianapolis raised $18,983 for Second Helpings, the organization’s CEO told the Indy Star.
Among the other causes Styles’ tour raised money for were refugee aid groups, Time’s Up, and the March for Our Lives gun-control movement led by students from Parkland, Fla.
