Iggy Azalea and Nick Young have postponed their wedding, but Azalea isn’t too worried about it.
The 25-year-old Australian rapper and her NBA player fiance were engaged last June on Young’s 30th birthday, but have arranged to delay the festivities until next year. While chatting with Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM radio show, Azalea said the reason for the delay is that she wants to go on tour at the end of the year.

“I’m planning my wedding, actually moved my wedding ’cause I have to tour so my wedding plans are changing,”; she said to Seacrest. “It was going to happen at the end of the year but now I have to go to work so we’ll probably have to wait until the end of the next basketball season to do that. So that is a bit sucky, but it’s alright.”;
Azalea noted that Young didn’t mind that the two are postponing their nuptials, joking, “I can be a bachelor for longer.”;
This seems to be a good step back for Azalea since the past year has been difficult for the performer. With an overwhelming amount of negative press and a cancelled world tour, the rapper revealed to Power 106 Los Angeles that in her darkest moments she had suicidal thoughts.
“Sometimes I did [feel suicidal]. Sometimes I would drive through the canyons to get to my horses and I would be like, What if I just kept driving off the canyon? Sometimes I would feel like that,” Azalea said, thinking back to 2015.

But by taking a moment for herself and out of the spotlight, Azalea told Schon! Magazine that her “energy’s been renewed.”;
Azalea has already picked out her wedding dress, teasing a sketch of a Georgio Armani Prive creation over Instagram, and has booked their honeymoon, which the two plan to take as a vacation and choose another destination closer to their chosen date.
