Special Correspondents is coming soon, and star Ricky Gervais has jus shared the first trailer for the Toronto-shot comedy in advance of its debut on Netflix next month.
In Special Correpondents, Gervais stars alongside Eric Bana, Vera Farmiga and America Ferrera, with the frequent Golden Globes host playing a struggling radio reporter who finds fame with his gripping frontline war reports — which he’s actually been faking from his apartment in Queens.

ET Canada was the only media outlet invited to the set of the movie, which filmed over the summer in Toronto, and we’ll be debuting our exclusive coverage in April.
Special Correspondents premieres on Friday, Apr. 29.
