Frances Bean Cobain, daughter of the late Nirvana front man Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love, is filing for divorce from husband Isaiah Silva, and is making it known that he will not get his hands on any of her dad’s money.

The couple got married in June 2014, and had been dating three years before that.

According to TMZ, Cobain, 23, stated in her divorce documents that she is open in paying spousal support, but her 31-year-old soon-to-be ex-husband will not be getting any of her father’s estate, reportedly valued at $450 million.
