Congratulations are in order for Tom Hardy and wife Charlotte Riley, with a source close to the actor confirming to ET Canada that the couple has welcomed a child; the baby’s gender has not yet been revealed.
The “Venom” star, 41, met Riley, 37, when they co-starred in the 2009 British TV series “Wuthering Heights”, and they married in 2014.
This new arrival is the couple’s second child after welcoming a daughter (whose name has never been revealed) in 2015.

Meanwhile, U.K. tabloid The Sun is reporting that the baby has been named Forrest in honour of Tom Hanks’ “Forrest Gump”, with a source claiming that “Tom has always found the movie ‘Forrest Gump’ very inspiring and enjoyable and thinks it fits.”
However, ET Canada’s source says that rumour is simply “untrue.”
