While the Oscars might be going hostless this year, that’s not the case for the Grammys with Keys presiding over the ceremony.

Keys made the announcement via a video on her official YouTube channel. “I’m soooo EXCITED to announce that I’ll be hosting the 61st Annual Grammy Awards ✨!! There’s so much in store and I CAN’T WAIT for y’all to see it ALL come to life,” she captioned the clip.

The homemade video shows the “No One” singer on the phone receiving the news that she’s hosting then excitedly telling her friends and family, including husband Swizz Beatz, whom she wakes up to tell him what’s happening. “What’s that mean?” he asks in a half-asleep daze.

In a funny moment, Keys tells her children about her new hosting gig but the kids don’t seem particularly impressed. She then leaves the house to try on outfits for the big event.

The clip also features a behind-the-scenes look at the filming of a video presumably made for the official Grammys announcement. In the footage, Keys plays a piano adorned with several Grammy trophies.

“I know what it feels like to be on that stage and I know what it feels like to be proud of the work that you’ve put in and be recognized for it,” says Keys, herself a 15-time Grammy winner. “And I just feel grateful that I’m able to bring that light and that energy.”

The Grammy Awards will take place on Sunday, Feb. 10 at Los Angeles’ Staples Center and will air live from 8 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. ET/PT.
