After a horrific 24 hours, Prince Philip has reached out to the passengers in the other car involved in his recent car accident.

On Thursday, the Duke of Edinburgh was pulling out onto a road on the Sandringham Estate when his Land Rover collided with a Kia.

The Kia was carrying a 9-month-old baby, the mother, 28, who was driving, and another woman, 45.

Prince Philip has since reached out to the women, with “well-wishes” exchanged.

Barrister Roy Warne pulled Prince Philip, 97, out of his flipped SUV, with the Queen’s husband saying he was “dazzled by the sun.”

He was able to walk over and ask, “Is everyone else alright?”

The following day, Prince Philip did visit the hospital “on doctor’s advice,” with Buckingham Palace confirming the Duke of Edinburgh “had no injuries of concern.”

The driver of the other car received a knee injury, and the passenger has a broken wrist. Amazingly, the baby is injury free.

A new Land Rover Freelander, the same type Prince Philip was driving, was delivered to the Sandringham Estate today, but no word on if the Duke will be getting back behind the wheel.
