Camila Cabello has started work on her new album and a recent tweet hints at a collaboration with English musician Mark Ronson.
The “Havana” hitmaker took to Instagram on Saturday to share a photo of herself with Ronson and singer-songwriter Ilsey Juber, who has co-written tracks with both Cabello and Ronson, including his recent collaboration with Miley Cyrus.
Cabello captioned the snap with a writing emoji, which had fans speculating the singer was working on a new song with the 43-year-old producer.
The excitement then kicked into overdrive when Ronson shared the same picture to his social media, captioning the post, “Feelings & Consequences,” which may or may not be a title of a song.
Last Wednesday, the 21-year-old Cuban-American singer announced that she had officially started writing her new album.
Cabello released her debut studio album, Camila, in January 2018, which became a critical and commercial success, reaching No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart in the United States and on charts around the world.
She is set to perform at the 61st Grammy Awards; she is nominated for Best Pop Vocal Album and Best Pop Solo Performance. The ceremony airs Sunday, Feb. 10.
