Pint-sized singer Angelica Hale was just 10 when came in second during last year’s season of “America’s Got Talent”, and she returned better than ever for the current “Champions” edition.

Now 11, Hale delivered a spectacular rendition of Rachel Platten’s “Fight Song” that not only had the audience cheering, but inspired judge Howie Mandel to give her his Golden Buzzer, which will automatically propel her to the final 10.

“When people show up on this show, the level of competition is that much higher, just by the title: you are amongst champions” said Mandel in his critique, just before revealing she’d be getting his Golden Buzzer.

“You show up and you rip the ceiling off of this theatre,” Mandel continued as he began to reach for buzzer. “That was your ‘Fight Song’, and if I can do anything I’m gonna help you win this fight.”

Hale’s wide-eyed expression said it all, combining shock and sheer joy, before she was joined onstage by Mandel and host Terry Crews as glittering confetti drifted to the stage.

Look for Hale to return in a few weeks when “America’s Got Talent: The Champions” heads into the final rounds.
