Donte Colley is all about spreading positive messages.

The Toronto dancer, who has gone viral online with his motivational dance videos, appeared on “Good Morning America” on Wednesday to talk about keeping the inspiration coming.

“You know, I never really expected it to have as much of an impact as it did,” Colley said of his videos. “At the end of the day, making someone feel a little bit better is all I could ask for.”

Colley also explained that part of his inspiration for creating the dance videos was seeing friends going through mental health issues.

The dancer’s videos have also been shared by celebrities like Jennifer Garner and Leslie Jones. Though Colley said the most important responses he’s received are people telling him, “This saved me.”
