After police were called to her home and the safety of her children were put in question, Blac Chyna is claiming that her children “were never in any danger.”

Chyna’s attorney, Lisa Blook, provided a statement to People about the incident and her two children King Cairo, 6, who she shares with Tyga and Dream Renée, 2, whose father is Rob Kardashian.

The statement read, “Chyna’s children, King Cairo and Dream Renée, are both healthy and doing very well. They were never in any danger, and any reports to the contrary are entirely false. I remind the public that anyone who submits a knowingly false report to Child Protective Services may be subject to criminal and civil liability.”

Police were called to Chyna’s home on Sunday night when an anonymous call came in that she was taking care of Dream while she was drunk.

TMZ confirmed that the police made the visit where they “determined everything was fine, nobody was drunk, and Dream was being properly cared for.”
