Lena Headey, who plays Queen Cersei on “Game Of Thrones”, stopped in at “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” on Thursday to chat about the final season of the hit show.
Trying to get details on how the show will wrap up, Kimmel asked if she was one of the last to end filming.
“I was 12th,” said Headey, “but that isn’t giving anything away.”
Kimmel joked that he “wants the next season” because it has been “like 10 years.”
When Kimmel inquired what it was like on her final day on set, Headey said that she knew it had been “nine years” and “I’m happy to do new things.”
She wasn’t ready for the emotion that would come along with it when she was given a drawing, and they gave a speech as she wrapped.
“They said some f**ked up things, but it was all good humour,” she added with a laugh.
Kimmel went on to say, “I hope someone will be on the Iron Throne, but I don’t necessarily want it to be you… are you rooting for her?”
“Someone has to,” Headey replied.
She described how all the cast members receive their scripts at the same time, with everyone quickly flipping to the end to see if they were killed off.
“If anyone says they don’t flip to the end, they’re lying,” she quipped.
The eighth and final season of “Game Of Thrones” premieres on April 14.
