As Blunt took the SAG stage to accept the award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role in a Motion Picture for her work in “A Quiet Place” Krasinski couldn’t keep it together.

Krasinski also wrote, directed, and starred in the film.
He gave Blunt a big hug before she went up onstage to accept the award from Chris Pine.

Even as the guests sat back down, Krasinski continued to give her a standing ovation.
“I’m so moved and completely lost for words and unprepared,” she said. Then returning the love to her husband she said how she is ” going to share this completely with my husband”, adding that “the entire experience of doing this with you has completely pierced my heart directly.”
She went onto call Krasinski a “stunning filmmaker”. Ending with, “I’m so lucky to be with you and to have done this film with you. Thank you for giving me the part. You would have been in major trouble if you hadn’t.”
People on Twitter agreed with Krasinski’s sentiments.
