Currently under contract renegotiations, the cast of “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” is hoping to get a salary raise.

According to Deadline, it is common practice for the cast of a show to get a raise and renegotiation of their contracts after two seasons.

They list “This Is Us”, “Stanger Things”, and “13 Reasons Why” as recent cases where this has happened.

“Mrs. Maisel” has been renewed for a third season and has captured the award shows including three wins at the SAG Awards Sunday evening.

It was the first time since “30 Rock” won in all three comedy categories in 2008.

While accepting the Actor for Best Actor in a Comedy Series, Tony Shalhoub quipped about the renegotiation as he said his thank-yous.

“I want to thank everyone in Amazon, Jen Salke, and especially James Sterling in legal affairs and not just because I’m in the middle of renegotiation,” he laughed.

Sources claim that there are no significant issues with any of the contract renegotiations and that the main actors are expected to receive “sizable salary increases.”
