Amy Schumer’s sister-in-law has just as raunchy a sense of humour as she does.

On Monday, the comedian shared pictures of the incredibly NSFW cake her sister-in-law Molly Fischer got her to celebrate her pregnancy.
The cake was designed to look like a baby crowning during childbirth, using the head of a Cabbage Patch Kids doll.
“Something is truly wrong with you and i love you,” Schumer wrote.
