The “This Is Us” star has been named Man of the Year by Harvard University’s Hasty Pudding Theatricals.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the theatrical organization – the oldest in the U.S. – selected Ventimiglia because of his “significant impressions on television and film.”
The 41-year-old will receive his honourary “pudding bowl” at a Harvard roast on Feb. 8, and will later attend the opening night of Hasty Pudding’s production, France France Revolution, the organization’s first to feature women.
Bryce Dallas Howard was also named Hasty Pudding Woman of the Year.
The Man of the Year honour has been handed out since 1967, with previous winners including Tom Hanks, Clint Eastwood and Paul Rudd.
