Idris Elba’s fiancée Sabrina Dhowre has been forced to deny any reports that she has the “Luther” star got secretly wed after he posted a video on social media where he called her his “wife.”
After dating for a year, the Elba popped the question to his model girlfriend in February last year.

In a video posted on Instagram Elba, 46, shows off his newly shaved face for his next role, saying “I’m making a movie at the moment where they insisted based on the special effects that you had to shave it.”
He added, “Some people like it and a lot don’t, like my wife.”

After fans got over excited at the thought of the two already being wed, Dhowre spoke to Metro where she dispelled the rumours.
“Our wedding is coming up soon and I’m really looking forward to it,” she said.
Elba met the Canadian-Somali model and PR professional in Canada when he was filming “Mountain Between Us.”
He later said of their meeting that “falling in love while making a movie about falling in love is pretty special.”
