Netflix only gave time for one of their shows during the Super Bowl and it was that of “Our Planet” from Sir David Attenborough.
The inspirational trailer came out to remind us “we are all on one team” as the 30-second commercial featured stunning scenes of nature from around the globe.
The series that will be released on the streaming service on Apr. 5 comes from the same Emmy-award winning creators of “Planet Earth.”

“Our Planet” took four years to film across 50 different countries. The 3,500 filming days involved over 600 crew members and will feature never-before-filmed areas of the Earth’s wilderness.
From the jungles of South America, the plains of Africa, to the remote Arctic and deepest, darkest corners of the ocean.
Netflix told Deadline that they picked the nature-based show to air during the Super Bowl because “our planet is our home and this is more than just a game.”
“Our Planet” is also the first nature documentary to air an ad during the Super Bowl.

Although fans were not happy that Netflix picked this show to advertise over “Stranger Things” with many turning to Twitter to vent.
“if there’s not a stranger things teaser i’m gonna cry,” wrote one person.
Another person just wrote “WE WANT STRANGER THINGS TESTER” over and over again.
The common question between users was “what about stranger thing 3 trailer?”
Those fans will just have to wait.
