Fans may have complained Big Boi’s Super Bowl set wasn’t long enough, but Sunday night definitely worked in the rapper’s favour.

A press release shared Monday revealed that the musician had a whopping 946 per cent increase in Pandora radio station adds, while Chloe x Halle, who performed “America The Beautiful” enjoyed a 365 per cent increase.

Gladys Knight, who performed the national anthem, drove a 262 per cent increase, while Maroon 5’s was 253 per cent.

Even Outkast had a 114 per cent uptick after Sleepy Brown joined Adam Levine on stage for “The Way You Move”.

Despite Big Boi’s huge station increase, Travis Scott’s was a more modest 66 per cent.

Nielsen Music also revealed the songs performed during the halftime show had a 434 per cent increase from their combined sales a day earlier, increasing from 5,000 to 25,000 downloads.

Billboard reported combined sales of Maroon 5’s “Harder to Breathe”, “This Love”, “Girls Like You”, “She Will Be Loved”, “Sugar” and “Moves Like Jagger” rose by 587 per cent, while their entire catalogue rose by 488 per cent.

Travis Scott’s “Sicko Mode” increased by 80 per cent and Outkast’s “The Way You Move,” which was performed by Big Boi, was up by a huge 3,408 per cent.

The song “Sweet Victory”, which was played during the “SpongeBob SquarePants” skit, was also up by 524 per cent.

The latest halftime performance got everybody talking Sunday, but not for all the best reasons.

Maroon 5 got a mixed reaction after Levine belted out a collection of the band’s smash hits, while Big Boi was slammed by PETA for wearing a fur coat.
