AMC’s upcoming horror-action series Preacher, has just released a very graphic sneak peek of the kind of action the show will be bringing

The clip shows one of the series leads, Tulip (played by Ruth Negga) almost getting strangled while driving. She manages to fight off her offender, who is seemingly trying to steal some sort of map from her.
Based on a cult comic book — and exec produced by Seth Rogen — the show follows a small-town preacher (Dominic Cooper) who is not your average clergymen, inhabited by a mysterious entity who imbues him with strange, supernatural powers as he, his girlfriend and a vampire pal look for God — literally.
