Just because you’re the star of one of TV’s most popular comedies doesn’t mean it’s easy to meet members of the opposite sex, which is why Modern Family“s Eric Stronestreet has chosen to swipe his way to romance on Tinder.
During his visit to The Ellen DeGeneres Show today, Stonestreet divulged his experiences with the popular dating app.

“Never seen you on Tinder,”; Stonestreet jokes to DeGeneres. “You must not be in my geographical area. Anyway. But now I’ve done Bumble and I’ve tried this other one and the way I justify it, Ellen, is I shouldn’t be, because I’m on TV, I shouldn’t be eliminated from participating from what’s going on in the world.”;
He adds: “But people are always like, “I can’t believe you’re on a dating app.’ It’s like, well you know, I very rarely meet people because I get nervous.”;

In fact, Stonestreet reveals that he’s certainly had his share of adventures thanks to Tinder, noting: “I’ve had all varying degrees of fun.”; Watch:
