Susan Lucci is an expert at picking herself back up.

The 72-year-old soap-opera legend was walking down the runway at the American Heart Association’s Go Red For Women Red Dress Collection show on Thursday night when she took a tumble.

As captured on video by onlookers, Lucci’s fall caused a gasp in the audience but a few moments later she single-handedly got herself back on her feet.

Lucci gave a laugh and a smile before continuing her strut down the runway modelling her gorgeous red dress.

Earlier this week on “Good Morning America”, Lucci addressed her emergency heart surgery last fall.

“I was just shocked. Thank goodness that I was not home because had I been home, I probably would’ve said, ‘Oh, I just need to lie down. I’ll have some water… then, I’ll feel fine,'” she said of the near-death experience.
