Sarah Hyland is changing the game! The 25-year-old actress is making waves in the fashion world as Candie’s first-ever creative director. The brand is known for tapping stylish stars like past Candie’s girls Britney Spears, Carly Rae Jepsen and most recently girl group Fifth Harmony.

Hyland took to Twitter on Wednesday to share the news with her fans.

Hyland will not only star in the brand’s Fall 2016 and Spring 2017 ad campaigns, but also style them. The actress told WWD.com she is looking forward to taking on the challenge.

“The creative director part is what drew me to this the most because Candie’s has never done it and I’ve never done it, so we’re both new to this type of game,” she said.

The move comes as Candie’s is aiming to focus more on young women entering the workforce with styles for everything from the office to a night out.

Although Hyland is on hiatus from Modern Family, she will have her hands full as she heads to film ABC’s remake of Dirty Dancing while finding the time to consult on designs during her breaks.

“I’m not sure if they will send me stuff or we’ll have phone calls, but I will definitely have to bring my computer to do work outside of the movie,” she told WWD.com.

The first ads are expected to debut in late summer.
