Some of the stars of “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” will be taking home some hefty salary increases for the show’s upcoming third season, according to a report from Deadline.

The Amazon Prime Video series from “Gilmore Girls” creator Amy Sherman-Palladino has received no shortage of critical acclaim, and it appears the actors will be sharing financially in the show’s success.

While no one involved would go on the record, Deadline claims that Brosnahan’s salary will more than triple, bumping up to approximately $300,000 per episode for the upcoming third season. “She was lesser known than her co-stars at the outset,” notes Deadline of the actress, who reportedly had to audition for the role.

Along with the raise, Bronahan will reportedly also be getting part of the series’ back-end profits, in addition to other concessions.

Co-star Tony Shalhoub (who plays Abe Weissman, father of Brosnahan’s character) will also be receiving a salary bump, with the three-time Emmy winner jumping up to approximately $250,000 an episode.

Meanwhile, Alex Borstein (who won a 2018 Emmy for her portrayal of Mrs. Maisel’s manager, Susie Myerson) is reportedly finalizing her deal, and will end up with a salary in a similar range.

Shalhoub jokingly referenced his contract negotiations when he accepted his third SAG Award during the recent award ceremony. “I want to thank everyone in Amazon, Jen Salke, and especially James Sterling in legal affairs and not just because I’m in the middle of renegotiation,” he quipped.
