Rinkside reporter Pierre McGuire was nearly hit in the head by a puck as he watched the Columbus Blue Jackets take on the Tampa Bay Lightning Monday.
McGuire had been commentating on the game when a rogue puck came flying toward him, only missing his glasses by just a couple of inches.

Despite initially playing it cool, he realized just how close a call he had when the puck crashed into the camera next to him.
Social media users discussed the clip on Twitter.

One person said McGuire just saw “his life flash before his eyes,” as another insisted, “Talk about a close call.”
