Kendall Jenner marked International Women’s Day by hosting a special edition of ZAZA World Radio on Beats 1 on Apple Music, and she brought along some friends and family to help her out.

Along with “momager” Kris Jenner and sis Kourtney Kardashian, the 23-year-old model was also joined by her longtime assistant Stephanie Shepherd (a.k.a. Steph Shep), singer Jesse Jo Stark and actress Emily Ratajkowski.

The wide-ranging discussion hit on a lot of topics, including Jenner opening up about the importance of girls having strong female role models, and how she looks up to her sisters as her role models.

“It’s so cool that I have those women that I can run to when I have a personal problem, or a work problem,” she explained. “And, to be able not only see, have these people to look up to, but to have so much of my family in the same world as each other.”

“We got lucky,” says Jenner of the Kardashian empire. “And we really believed in ourselves. And I think that when you really are determined to make something work, there’s always a way to figure something out. But with integrity. And with a lot of blood, sweat, and tears, you can make things happen. But, I think you just have to be honest with yourself, and take a look at what you think your qualities are, and what, where your talent might lie. Or what you’re excited about doing every single day.”
