The first trailer for “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” has been unveiled.
Leonardo DiCaprio takes on the role of actor Rick Dalton and neighbour to Sharon Tate (played by Margot Robbie), while Brad Pitt plays his longtime friend and stunt double Cliff Booth in the teaser for the upcoming flick.
A synopsis for the movie — Quentin Tarantino’s ninth feature film — reads, “In 1969 Los Angeles, a former western star and his longtime stunt double struggle to find success in a Hollywood that they don’t recognize anymore.”
The star-studded lineup also includes the late Luke Perry, Al Pacino, Dakota Fanning, and Emile Hirsch.
Tarantino will reportedly debut the movie at this year’s Cannes Film Festival on May 21, which will mark the 25th anniversary of “Pulp Fiction”s premiere, the Guardian reported.
DiCaprio posted the trailer on his Twitter profile Wednesday, and, unsurprisingly, it didn’t take long for social media users to share their excitement.
