Radiohead’s nearly 12 million Facebook fans and 1.5 million Twitter followers got the surprise of a lifetime this morning.
Every post, photo, tweet has been removed from the band’s social media sites and even their website looks to have been wiped clean. These obscurities come one day after fans of the group received mysterious flyers reading “Burn The Witch/We Know Where You Live”;.

“Burn The Witch”; is the name of an unreleased Radiohead song dating back to 2003. Users on Reddit have studied the lyrics on the flyer and made possible connections to the band’s intriguing online disappearance. “Witches’ Night”;, in German folklore, falls on April 30th or May 1st depending on the year.

Radiohead has registered two new companies this year: Dawn Chorus LLP and Dawnnchoruss LTD. The band had previously established companies before surprising fans with the releases of “In Rainbows”; and “The King of Limbs,”; but who knows what they’re up to this time around.
It is unclear what the band plans to do moving forward, but they certainty got fans’ attentions.
The band is gearing up to embark on a world tour in June.
