Lena Headey is absolutely in awe of her “Game of Thrones” co-star.
On Thursday, The New Yorker published an essay by Khaleesi herself Emilia Clarke, in which the actress revealed that she had suffered two aneurysms over the course of shooting the epic series.
In a post on Instagram, Headey applauded Clarke shared her story.
“Not until she spoke to me about her experience did I fully realize the warrior she truly is,” Headey wrote.

Commenters on Headey’s post were happy to see the two women so openly supporting each other—even though their characters on “Game of Thrones” are enemies.
“Love that you guys are friends I’m crying,” one person wrote, while another joked, “Stop it you’re supposed to hate each other.”
