Terrifying video footage has emerged showing Nik Wallenda and several other acrobats falling to the ground as a stunt goes horribly wrong.
The accident occurred in February 2017 under the Circus Sarasota Big Top two days before the performers were due to show off their act at the Circus Sarasota Synergy show.
Wallenda was the anchor at the bottom of the pyramid, with the video clip showing five people falling above him.
According to WSB-TV, Wallenda’s aunt was sitting at the top of the pyramid on the shoulders of a man who lost his balance as well.
