Kim Kardashian is more than happy to give credit to her inspirations.
On Monday, the reality star posted a photo of the purple vintage dress she wore to Chance the Rapper’s wedding on Instagram, with the caption “Naomi Forever,” referring to model Naomi Campbell, who first modelled the dress at Versace’s Fall 1996 show.

It’s not the first time Kardashian has modelled vintage Campbell styles. On March 5, she posed for an Instagram photo in a leopard print suit.

Kadashian didn’t give credit to Campbell in her post, but the ’90s fashion icon evidently saw the tribute and posted an old photo of herself on Instagram modelling a similar look with the simply caption, “#tbt.”

According to People, some online had read Campbell’s Instagram post, along with a Stories video showing off the purple dress, as her shading Kardashian for apparently stealing her look.
