According to TMZ, June has filed legal documents claiming that she is partially blind and that she relies on Doak to help her.

In the filing, she also says she does not fear for her safety around Doak, and is requesting the court dismiss her domestic violence charge and lift the order requiring him to stay away from her.

June and Doak were arrested on March 15 in Alabama. According to TMZ, Alabama police had responded to a domestic violence call at a local gas station.

June was charged with drug possession when police arrived after Doak allegedly threatened to kill her. Meanwhile, Doak was reportedly taken in for domestic violence/harassment, felony possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Season two of June’s show “From Not to Hot” featured the couple, but in the season finale, the former “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” star gave Doak an ultimatum, either propose or hit the road.

Meanwhile, “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” was cancelled after four seasons when it was revealed June’s boyfriend at the time, Mark McDaniel, served 10 years in prison for molesting June’s daughter Anna when she was 8-years-old.
