Bill Murray is moving on from busting ghosts to zombies in the new film, “The Dead Don’t Die”.
The legendary actor teams up with Adam Driver for the upcoming post-apocalyptic flick as two Centreville police officers fighting off the undead in the “terrifying” town cemetery.
“The Dead Don’t Die” comes from Jim Jarmusch (“Paterson”, “Only Lovers Left Alive”) and stars a huge cast of A-lister zombies, including Tilda Swinton, Chloe Sevigny, Steve Buscemi, Danny Glover, Caleb Landry Jones, Rosie Perez, Sara Driver, RZA, Selena Gomez, Tom Waits, Iggy Pop, and Carol Kane.
But as the official plot states, the film is “the greatest zombie cast ever disassembled” as the undead will “gravitate towards things they did when they were alive.”
Jarmusch has worked with both Murray and Driver in the past: The “Ghostbusters” actor, 68, joined the director in 2005’s “Broken Flowers” while Driver, 35, teamed up with Jarmusch in 2016’s critically acclaimed “Paterson”.
“The Dead Don’t Die” hits big screens June 14.
