While Sophie Turner and Maisie Williams play sisters on the hit HBO drama “Game Of Thrones”, the pair are even closer off-screen.
Chatting with Entertainment Tonight at “GoT”‘s season eight premiere, Turner, 23, revealed Williams, 21, will be her maid of honour in her upcoming wedding to Joe Jonas.
“I don’t know why she’s thinking about [what she’s wearing to my wedding]. I’m giving her the bridesmaid dress!” Turner said before adding, “She’s my maid of honour! One of two.”
Jonas, 29, and Turner have kept details surrounding their upcoming nuptials under wraps, but in an interview with James Corden, the Jonas Brother revealed they will finally tie the knot this summer. “Well, we’re getting married this year,” he told Corden. “Yeah, we’re going to have a summer wedding, which I’m looking forward to. It’s going to be a lot of fun.”
Williams and Sophie have starred on the drama series as Arya and Sansa Stark, respectively, since it’s debut in 2011.
“Game of Thrones” returns for its final season April 14.
