Drake is currently on the fourth day of his week-long concert in London. Every day has been a surprise but so far Friday night has been the biggest.
Only hours after J Hus’ early release from prison, Drake brought the British rapper up on stage.
As the stage’s display changed to say “Welcome Home” the “Gods Plan” singer told the crowd, “If anyone’s sitting down right now, I need you to stand up because we’re going to celebrate one of our brothers tonight.”
Hus hit the stage in style to the cheers of the surprised crowd. He then performed “Did You See” which was captured by fans as the crowd sang along.
The “Bouff Daddy” rapper, 22, was originally set to be released from prison in August for carrying an illegal knife. He pleaded not guilty but later changed his plea in a letter to the judge where he reportedly said his “actions were careless.”
Hus has been nominated for numerous Brit Awards in 2018, including British Album of the Year for his debut Common Sense.
