WWE legend Bret Hart was tackled by a fan during his Hall of Fame induction.

On Saturday night while Hart was giving his induction speech, where he and Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart were to be sworn in, a fan ran into the ring and tried to take the wrestler down.

Right after the man attacked him around his stomach, you can hear “ugh” before the cameras cut out. Hart’s daughter, Natalya Neidhart, was standing next to him when this happened and was also knocked to the ground.

Confused fans stood up — unsure whether this was a part of the show — but quickly caught on as security held down the person with the help of fellow wrestlers.

Dash Wilder was not pleased with the man as he punched him in the face as security took him away.

Another angle shows Travis Browne, Ronda Rousey’s hubby, jumping in the ring almost as fast as the attacker.

Police later confirmed to News 12 Brooklyn that the attacker was a 26-year-old man. He is currently being processed at the 78th precinct and it is unknown if or with what he will be charged with.

They added that Hart did not have to go to the hospital.

TMZ commented that Hart was able to finish his Hall of Fame speech after the commotion died down.

A few days after the incident, Hart broke his silence on the attack to tell his fans “I am okay.”

In the post on Instagram, he thanked the “WWE for not only the Hall of Fame [honour] for myself and Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart, but for their hospitality with my family and friends.”
