Ben Affleck and Lindsay Shookus have reportedly ended their relationship for a second time.
Sources close to the former couple told People that their schedules are too conflicting, “She has a kid and an ex-husband and a job in New York and Ben has his family and a job in L.A. and while they love and respect each other they just realized it wasn’t going to work,” says the insider. “They really gave it another solid try.”
But, “They will always have love for each other,” the source added.

The former couple started dating in July of 2017 before splitting up a year later. After Affleck, 46, exited rehab, the pair gave their relationship another try but since Affleck’s ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, and their three kids, Violet, 13, Seraphina, 10, and Samuel, 7, live in Los Angeles and Shookus’ life is in New York City, it got too difficult.
Shookus works as a producer at “Saturday Night Live” and shares custody of her daughter Madeline, 6, with ex-husband Kevin Miller.
Shookus was last seen standing by the Oscar-winner’s side at the premiere of his Netflix film, “Triple Frontier”.
