Lil Nas X’s “Old Town Road” has already received an official country remix. The young artist collaborated with Billy Ray Cyrus, who contributed a new verse for the song.

The song was also the centre of a rather unique controversy. “Old Town Road” debuted at No. 19 on the Hot Country Songs chart before being removed by Billboard. The charting company argued the song didn’t incorporate enough country music elements to be eligible for the chart.
