Sarah Hyland Admits She’s Been In ‘Constant Pain’ But Wants To Continue To Work On Her Fitness Goals: ‘A Woman’s Body Is A Miraculous Thing’

Sarah Hyland is trying to remain positive amid her ongoing health problems.

Hyland, 28, who has been battling endometriosis and kidney problems, shared a throwback bikini snap on Instagram and reminded herself that she can make it to the gym, despite being in constant pain.

The “Modern Family” star wrote, “I’m putting this #tbt out there to remind myself that I can make it to the gym. Lately I’ve been making excuses because of the constant pain from health issues. But no more.

“A woman’s body is a miraculous thing and we can do anything we set our minds to. #summer #bodygoals here I come.”

Hyland has been candid with fans about her series of health issues, including her kidney dysplasia diagnosis.

In December 2018, she announced that she had a second kidney transplant after her body rejected the first donor kidney, donated by her father.

The second kidney was donated by her brother.

The actress also had a brief stint in hospital after her endometriosis flared up in March.

Hyland previously told Ellen DeGeneres that her constant health struggles had prompted suicidal thoughts.
