Pippa Middleton Matthews Talks About Her Son For The First Time

As a frequent contributor to Waitrose Weekend Magazine, Pippa Middleton Matthews is opening up about her son for the first time.

The sister to Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, welcomed her first child, Arthur, back in October 2018 with husband James Matthews.

“Starting my son Arthur swimming at four months old has given him confidence and enjoyment in water. He’s now six months old, and swimming is one of our favourite activities. The exercise helps guarantee sound daytime sleeps, and the movement has improved his digestion… Water activity is a great form of exercise you can do with your baby,” she wrote.

Middleton Matthews also shares some of the questions she asked Professor Greg Whyte that gave her the “reassurance” that water activities are “a great form of exercise you can do with your baby.”

The Duchess of Cambridge is also known for her love of swimming and can often be spotted heading to Buckingham Palace to take her children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis to the pool.
