Justin Timberlake and Anna Kendrick — stars of the upcoming film “Trolls”; — performed Cyndi Lauper’s “True Colors”; on stage at the Cannes Film Festival.

Footage from the film was presented by DreamWorks Animation CEO Jeffrey Katzenberg. He then invited the two stars on stage to perform a duet of the Cyndi Lauper hit, which will be featured in the new movie.
“I love you, Justin!”; one fan screamed, to which Timberlake responded: “You sound like you’re seven years old.”;
And “True Colors”; is not the first song to be released from the film’s soundtrack. On Friday, Timberlake released the original song “Can’t Stop The Feeling”;, which immediately topped the trending charts. The music video for the song features Timberlake’s co-stars, including Anna Kendrick and Gwen Stefani.

“Can’t Stop The Feeling”; is the first song released by Timberlake in almost three years. In total, seven original songs are planned for the movie’s soundtrack.
